Joe Kolman, I am writing to inquire if anything is on the upcoming Interim EQC agenda regarding FWP submitting their list of Personal Service Reductions, the 4% required by HB2 from the 2013 Legislature?

When I requested the list of the positions and personnel cut in each region, whether or not the position had already been vacant and for how long that position had been vacant, I was told I would receive the information sometime last week and did not receive it in that time. I began calling the regions directly to get the information last Friday and the begging of this week. Yesterday, I was informed in an email by Ron Aasheim, Helena FWP, "Will have final info when that process is complete...June 1st is the deadline." I was also told on the phone that this list is being submitted to the legislature. Since it is no longer in session, that would fall to the EQC Interim, is that correct?
