Quentin, I am not trying to be provoking, but I have to ask - who is managing the elk brucellosis management plan? Are you in charge of this or is Druska Kinkie in charge of this in Park County? Druska Kinkie and the rancher watershed group are not accountable to the public and more so, the sportsmen of Montana whose dollars fund the FWP. You are supposed to be a steward entrusted with the management of our wildlife. As I recall, you were wearing your FWP uniform at the meeting and this was designated "Elk Management Guidelines in Areas with Brucellosis - Local Work Group ", not a watershed meeting. According to MCA 2-3-212, appropriate minutes of all meetings are required, a list of the individual members of the public body, agency or organization who were in attendance, substance of what was discussed, record of any votes, etc. Why do you not have this, nor know who does?

Thank you, Kathryn QannaYahu

I do not have the sign-up sheet--assumed then and now that a watershed representative picked it up.  With that assumption, I’ll forward your request.

As for the December meeting, tentatively looking at evening of December 18.  But that has not been confirmed with a room reservation.  When the details do firm up, we’ll make those available as we did with the first meeting.

Regards,

Quentin

Quentin, I am requesting a list of those that signed in, attending the Nov. 7th elk working group meeting at the Livingston MSU Extension Office. Also, do you have any information on the December meeting?

Thank you,
