Hello watershed members,
Please see the attached final recommendations that were
drafted and edited through the Elk-Brucellosis Local Working Group project
for the Paradise Valley. The recommendations have gone before the
FWP Commission, at which point, the Commission’s decision was to open the
recommendations for public comment. The deadline for public comment
is Friday, March 21st.
The Upper Yellowstone Watershed Basin and the Park Conservation District
both voted to submit a letter to the FWP Commission expressing their support
of both recommendations.
Everyone is strongly encouraged to submit a public comment
by the above deadline. Upon the formation, the UYWB voted to appoint
Druska Kinkie as chair of the Elk Brucellosis Local Working Group.
